it can be made so that teachers who earnestly care about their subject and have a love for teaching students and also have patience for other people. Alot of people become teachers or administrators because of the moment and don't think it out. They burnout quickly and are irritated from being around people too long. They are comparable to hand grenades that don't have much time before they explode. We honestly need better teachers and faculty.
